Shipping & Returns
SHIPPING
Customers are responsible for all shipping costs.
DELIVERY TIME
All orders will be processed for shipping within 5 working days of order placement. We utilize FedEx for shipping and will e-mail you when your items are shipped. We would expect your goods to reach you within 3-7 working days of shipping depending on your location.
CANCELLATION
We may be able to cancel an order if it has not been processed. If this is the case we will do the utmost to cancel your order but unfortunately this cannot be guaranteed. If we are unable to cancel your order, please return it inline with our returns policy and we will of course refund the cost of the goods according to our refund policy. Unfortunately shipping costs are not refundable.
PRICES
All Prices are in US Dollars. Depending on your location you may be required to pay tax on any goods you order.
PAYMENT PROCESSING
Any credit or debit card used for a purchase will be charged within 24 hours of placing the order.
RETURN POLICY
If for any reason you are not satisfied with our products, we will gladly accept your timely return of unworn, unwashed merchandise for up to 30 days after delivery. Products damaged in the mail are also accepted up to 30 days after delivery. Please allow 10-14 days for the processing of your return.
After 30 days, no returns are accepted. Damages or shortages must be claimed within 5 days of receipt of this product.
A request for return must be received by Couleurs de Saison at contact@couleursdesaison.com within 10 days of delivery. Unauthorized or late returns will not be accepted.
REFUND POLICY
Refunds will only be carried out on goods returned within the remit of our return policy. Any refunds will only be made onto the credit or debit card used for the initial purchase. There will be no cash or check refunds. Unfortunately shipping costs are not refundable, unless we have sent a wrong product.
